Hampton Square and Hampton Crossings are zoned for residential and retail. We have NJDEP LOI’s in place for Hampton Square and Hampton Crossings. The sites are located on the Route 206 corridor. Hampton Crossings consists of approximately one hundred acres of buildable ground, minutes from Newton and near ShopRite, Wal-Mart, and Lowes to name a few. These properties are located in a very exciting area. Hampton Square is slated for 100 residential apartment units to start with a small retail component. Hampton Crossings can accommodate two super stores and some ancillary stores as well as apartments.
